On December 31, 2021, Haier Smart Home Co.Ltd(600690) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” and “the company”) received the reply on approving Haier Smart Home Co.Ltd(600690) to issue overseas listed foreign shares (zjxk [2021] No. 4055) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”). The CSRC has examined the application materials submitted by the company on the new issuance of overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and listing on the main board of the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) (hereinafter referred to as the “H share issuance”), and approved the company to issue no more than 73000000 overseas listed foreign shares (H shares), The par value of each share is RMB 1, all of which are ordinary shares.
