(hereinafter referred to as “ahuada”) has recently received the certificate issued by the Guangdong provincial science and Technology Department, the Guangdong provincial finance department and the Guangdong Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued by the Guangdong provincial taxation bureau. The certificate number is GR202144005630. The validity period is three years.
According to the enterprise income tax law of the people’s Republic of China and the relevant tax regulations of the state on high-tech enterprises, aohuada can continue to enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the state on high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years after being re recognized as a high-tech enterprise, and pay the enterprise income tax at the tax rate of 15% of the taxable income. Aohuada was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in 2018, which is valid for three years. This recognition of high-tech enterprise is a re recognition after the expiration of the original certificate.
