In accordance with the relevant provisions of the guiding opinions on the establishment of independent director system in listed companies, the articles of association and other documents, as an independent director of the company, I hereby express the following opinions on the employment of senior managers by the company:
1、 The procedure of employing Mr. Zhang Jiancheng as deputy general manager this time complies with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association of the company;
2、 If Mr. Zhang has not been found to be legally prohibited from entering the market by the CSRC and has not been found to have the qualification to access his resume as stipulated in Article 146 of the China Securities Regulatory Commission;
3、 Agree to employ Mr. Zhang Jiancheng as deputy general manager. independent director:
