Nanfang Black Sesame Group Co.Ltd(000716) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) convened the fifth extraordinary meeting of the 10th board of supervisors in 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “the meeting”) by means of communication on December 31, 2021, and the notice of convening the meeting was sent to all supervisors by written direct delivery, fax or e-mail on December 24, 2021. There are three supervisors who should attend the meeting and three supervisors who actually vote.
