The business plan is as follows:
1、 Annual business volume
In 2022, the amount of special asset business (invested by the company) shall not exceed 500 million yuan.
This special asset business plan needs to be reviewed and approved by the general meeting of shareholders. This special asset business plan is an annual plan, which takes effect after being voted and approved by the general meeting of shareholders. The validity period is from the date of adoption of the general meeting of shareholders to the date of submission of the business plan of the next year to the general meeting of shareholders for adoption.
