According to the administrative regulations and normative documents such as the basic norms of enterprise internal control, the supporting guidelines for enterprise internal control, the guidelines for self discipline supervision of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, as well as the relevant provisions of the articles of association and the rules of procedure of the board of supervisors of Hengdian Group Dmegc Magnetics Co.Ltd(002056) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”), The board of supervisors of the company reviewed the self-evaluation report on internal control of the company in 2021 prepared by the audit committee under the board of directors of the company. The opinions are as follows:

The company has established a relatively perfect internal control system, which meets the requirements of relevant national laws and administrative regulations and the actual needs of production and operation management, and has been effectively implemented. The establishment of the internal control system has played a good role in risk prevention and control of all links of the company’s operation and management.
2.
