In the field of software and information services, focus on the development of basic software, industrial software, industry software and platform software, promote the innovation of information service mode in the fields of collaborative office, digital entertainment, financial technology, business circulation and life services, and expand the network security industry. In cutting-edge and emerging fields, we are looking forward to the R & D of key technologies such as third-generation semiconductor, 6G communication, quantum computing and metauniverse. The plan points out that it is necessary to strengthen the forward-looking research and development of the basic ability of the underlying core technology of the meta universe, promote the development of new terminals that deepen perceptual interaction and the construction of systematic virtual content, and explore industrial applications.
