1、 Change of signature accountant
Recently, the company received the letter on changing the Shenzhen Zhongzhuang Construction Group Co.Ltd(002822) signing certified public accountant from Dahua certified public accountants. As the company’s audit institution in 2021, Dahua certified public accountants originally appointed Qi Dongyu and Tang Yabo as the signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. In view of the adjustment of the work of Qi Dongyu, the original signing certified public accountant, Dahua certified public accountants now appoints Liu Xiaoyan to replace Qi Dongyu to continue to complete the audit of the company in 2021.
