Announcement on replacing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision

Hangzhou Chinastars Reflective Material Co.Ltd(301077) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the letter on replacing the sponsor representative of Continuous Supervision issued by Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ping An Securities”), the sponsor of the company’s initial public offering and listing on the gem, It was learned that Mr. Zhu Senyang, the sponsor representative originally appointed by Ping An Securities, could not continue to perform the supervision duties due to job changes. In order to ensure the normal progress of the continuous supervision of the company, Ping An Securities appointed Mr. Zhao Yanan (see the attached page for resume) to replace Mr. Zhu Senyang as the sponsor representative of the company’s continuous supervision and continue to perform the responsibilities of recommendation and continuous supervision.
After the replacement of the sponsor representative, the continuous supervision of the company’s initial public offering and listing on the gem is carried out by Mr. Zhao Yiming and Mr. Zhao Yanan. The continuous supervision period is up to December 31, 2024.
