After deliberation, we believe that the related party transactions between the company’s subsidiaries and Guangdong Gaojing and its subsidiaries are required by the company’s daily production and operation. The transaction pricing policies and pricing basis comply with the market principles, follow the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, meet the interests of both parties to the transaction, and will not damage the interests of the listed company and all shareholders.
