The scientific service R & D transformation functional platform is built around improving the R & D and manufacturing capacity of the company’s independent products. This platform consists of six sub functional platforms: comprehensive platform for precision machining technology, R & D and manufacturing platform for key core components, high-grade laboratory / manufacturing platform, advanced reaction preparation platform, in vitro platform for scientific research animals and comprehensive technology platform for analysis and testing. According to the relationship with the existing product types of the company, the six sub platforms can be divided into three types:
The first category is “R & D and manufacturing of scientific research reagents”, including two sub platforms: high-level clean laboratory / manufacturing platform and advanced reaction preparation platform. The achievements to be realized by such platforms are the R & D and manufacturing of nine products, including: new culture medium series, special serum series, transfection reagent / immunomagnetic beads, biochemical reagent, biological reagent (Kit), biological enzyme / protein / antibody series, deuterated reagent, various standards / high-purity molecules, spectral mass spectrometry and chromatographic reagent. The purpose of this kind of platform is: ① at present, the company has certain competitiveness in high-end chemical reagents, but biological reagents are mainly conventional products. This kind of platform will improve the independent R & D and manufacturing capacity of high-end biological reagents of the company; ② OEM production lacks the stability of supply and cost control of some reagents, and some high-end reagents cannot find OEM manufacturers. The company produces reagents independently through such platforms, which is complementary to the current OEM reagent production.
The second category is “R & D and manufacturing of scientific research instruments”, including two sub platforms: comprehensive platform of precision machining technology and R & D and manufacturing platform of key core components. The achievements to be realized by such platforms are the R & D and manufacturing of eight products and corresponding components, including mass spectrometer, high-performance chromatograph, spectrometer, pretreatment equipment (microwave digestion instrument, etc.), high-end biological instruments (Digital PCR, etc.), high-speed centrifuge, high vacuum diaphragm pump, high-precision thermostatic equipment, etc., as well as their corresponding key components. The purpose of such platform construction is: ① to improve the independent R & D capability of high-end instrument products. Under the background of unstable supply of high-end products in China’s instrument industry and accelerated import substitution process, the company needs to continuously strengthen its own R & D level, carry out R & D of high-end scientific research instruments, master core technology and gradually develop independent and controllable brands; ② Improve the independent production capacity of high-end instrument products. Under the existing OEM production mode, limited by the enterprise scale, most OEM manufacturers lack the production and manufacturing capacity of high-end scientific research instruments and can only realize the OEM production of conventional products. Through the construction of this platform, the company can improve its independent manufacturing capacity and complement the conventional products produced by OEM manufacturers.
The third category is “functional assistance”, including two sub platforms: scientific research animal in vitro platform and analysis and detection comprehensive technology platform. It is a supporting sub platform for scientific research instrument R & D and manufacturing platform and scientific research reagent R & D and manufacturing platform. The achievements of the in vitro platform for scientific research animals are to carry out quality control, application method research and verification of independent brand reagents through the purchase of experimental animal models, and provide customers with supporting reference experimental data for the use of relevant products. The platform is planned to be used internally by the company for the sales of auxiliary products. It does not provide independent external experimental services and does not form direct income. Therefore, no income calculation is carried out. The proposed achievement of the comprehensive technology platform for analysis and detection is to expand the company’s analysis and detection capacity. While supporting the detection needs of self-produced products, it can provide customers with technical services such as comprehensive detection, impurity detection and drug crystal form analysis, so as to form detection service revenue.
