On February 25, 2022, Tus Environmental Science And Technology Development Co.Ltd(000826) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 12th meeting of the 10th session, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the appointment of senior managers of the company. According to the nomination of Mr. Huang Xinmin, the general manager, the board of directors of the company agreed to appoint Mr. Wang Yi and Mr. Wang Tao as the executive general manager of the company; It is agreed to appoint Mr. Xu Erwei and Mr. Li Zhuoying as the deputy general managers of the company (see Annex I for the resumes of Mr. Wang Yi, Mr. Wang Tao, Mr. Xu Erwei and Mr. Li Zhuoying).
