1、 Meetings of the board of directors
The 26th meeting of the 7th board of directors of Westone Information Industry Inc(002268) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or ” Westone Information Industry Inc(002268) “) was held by means of communication on February 26, 2022. The meeting notice of this meeting has been delivered to all participants by personal delivery and e-mail on February 25, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Yang Xin, vice chairman. There were 8 directors who should participate in the voting and 8 directors who actually participated in the voting. Some supervisors and senior managers of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The convening and voting procedures of the meeting were in accordance with the provisions of the company law and the articles of association, and the meeting was legal and effective.
