Announcement on the resignation and election of the chairman of the board

Westone Information Industry Inc(002268) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors recently received the resignation report of Mr. He Song, the director and chairman of the company. Mr. He Song applied for resignation from the company’s director, chairman and relevant committees under the board of directors due to work reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. He Song’s resignation report takes effect when it is delivered to the board of directors.
