Gree Electric Appliances Inc.Of Zhuhai(000651) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) sent the notice of convening the first meeting of the 12th board of supervisors in the form of e-mail on February 24, 2022, and the meeting was held in the form of communication and on-site voting on February 28, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Cheng Min jointly elected by more than half of the supervisors. There were 3 supervisors who should attend the meeting and 3 supervisors who actually attended the meeting.
