Announcement on the resignation of senior executives of the company

Yango Group Co.Ltd(000671) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors recently received the resignation report of Mr. Kan Naigui, executive vice president. Mr. Kan Naigui applied to the board of directors of the company for resignation from the position of executive vice president of the company for personal reasons. After his resignation, he will not hold any other position in the company.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Kan Naigui held 928900 shares of the company. After his resignation, the shares held by Mr. Kan Naigui will continue to be in accordance with the laws and regulations such as the guidelines for self discipline supervision of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, several provisions on the reduction of shares held by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the implementation rules for the reduction of shares held by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange Regulations.
Mr. Kan Naigui’s resignation from the post of executive vice president of the company will not affect the normal operation of the company. According to the relevant provisions of the company law, the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board and the articles of association, the resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors of the company.
During his tenure as executive vice president of the company, Mr. Kan Naigui worked diligently and played a positive role in the operation and management of the company. The company expresses its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Kan Naigui for his contributions during his tenure!
