1. The company has established a perfect external guarantee risk control system, which can conscientiously implement the relevant systems and regulations, and strictly control the external guarantee risk and the risk of funds occupied by related parties.
2. In 2021, the company did not provide guarantees for controlling shareholders and other related parties, any unincorporated units or individuals.
