We have carefully reviewed the proposal on correction of accounting errors in the previous period, and this correction of accounting errors has more accurately implemented the new income standards, No. 19 of the accounting standards for business enterprises -- disclosure of information and correction of relevant information in accordance with the accounting standards for Business Enterprises No. 28. The corrected financial data and financial statements can more objectively and accurately reflect the actual operation and financial situation of the company, which is conducive to improving the quality of accounting information of the company. The deliberation and voting procedures of the board of directors on the correction of accounting errors comply with laws, regulations, the articles of association and other relevant provisions.
