Differences from previous global luxury power reports
The 2020 and 2021 versions of the global luxury power report are bounded by the fiscal year of the calendar year. For example, the luxury sales in fiscal year 2020 cover the end of the enterprise fiscal year (Fye), i.e. January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
The 2014-2019 edition of the global luxury power report uses the mid year fiscal year definition. For example, the 2017 fiscal year luxury sales reported in the 2019 edition of the global luxury power report correspond to the end date of the enterprise fiscal year from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
