Weihai Guangwei Composites Co.Ltd(300699) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) disclosed the pre disclosure announcement on the reduction of shares held by specific shareholders (2021-044) on June 23, 2021, and 85 shareholders such as Xu Junzhu and Li Zongzhen issued the notification letter of share reduction plan respectively , the 85 shareholders plan to reduce their shares of the company by means of centralized bidding and block trading. The reduction period is within six months after three trading days from the date of announcement, The total number of share reduction shall not exceed 3781416 shares (accounting for 0.7295% of the total share capital of the company). Recently, the company received the notification letter on the implementation progress of the share reduction plan issued by 85 shareholders respectively. The time for share reduction has expired.
