1、 Prior approval opinions on the proposal on the prediction of daily connected transactions in 2022
The company and its subsidiaries are expected to conduct daily related party transactions with related parties in 2022. This transaction is a normal commercial transaction, which is conducive to the long-term development of the company, has a reasonable pricing basis, does not harm the interests of the company and shareholders, especially the interests of minority shareholders, and complies with the relevant provisions of the CSRC and Shenzhen Stock Exchange; We unanimously agreed to submit the matter to the board of directors for deliberation, and the related directors Mr. Chai Zhen, Mr. Li Lizhong and Mr. Wu Chunsheng should abstain from voting.
2、 Prior approval opinions on foreign investment and related party transactions
For the proposal on the company’s foreign investment and related party transactions, on the basis of carefully reviewing the materials submitted by the company to us on the foreign investment and related party transactions of Ruihu automobile mould Co., Ltd., and asking the board of directors and relevant staff of the company about the relevant situation, We agree to submit the proposal on foreign investment and related party transactions to the 25th meeting of the second board of directors for deliberation.
