Yong’an Futures Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has issued 145555556 RMB ordinary shares (A shares) for the first time with the approval of the reply on Approving the initial public offering of shares by Yong’an Futures Co., Ltd. (zjxk [2021] No. 3336) of China Securities Regulatory Commission. After the issuance, the registered capital of the company was changed from 1310000000 yuan to 145555556 yuan. Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) issued the capital verification report (tianjianyan [2021] No. 728) on December 14, 2021. With the consent of the notice on the listing and trading of RMB common shares of Yong’an Futures Co., Ltd. (self regulatory decision [2021] No. 485) of Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company’s shares will be listed and traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange from December 23, 2021. The company held the 19th meeting of the third board of directors on January 26, 2022 and the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022 on February 14, 2022. The proposal on changing the registered capital and company type of the company and amending the articles of association accordingly were deliberated and adopted, and it was agreed that the registered capital Relevant provisions of the articles of association shall be changed.
