As an independent director of Zhejiang Century Huatong Group Co.Ltd(002602) (hereinafter referred to as the “company” or “listed company”), Ms. Yang Bo’s relative’s securities account has purchased 91000 shares with a total amount of 710794 yuan from November 17, 2021 to January 13, 2022, and sold 83100 shares with a total amount of 670617 yuan on January 21, 2022. For details, see the announcement on short-term trading and apology of relatives of independent directors (Announcement No.: 2022001) disclosed on cninfo.com on January 29, 2022. Zhejiang regulatory bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “Zhejiang securities regulatory bureau”) believes that the above-mentioned behavior of buying and selling the company’s shares within six months constitutes short-term trading and violates the provisions of Article 44 of the securities law of the people’s Republic of China. It decides to take the supervision and management measures of issuing a warning letter to Ms. Yang and record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market. Ms. Yang Bo has received the decision on Issuing warning letter to Ms. Yang Bo issued by Zhejiang securities regulatory bureau ([2022] No. 27).
