Mr. Wan Yong applied for resignation as deputy general manager of the company due to job adjustment.
According to the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Wan Yong’s resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company, and his resignation report will take effect from the date of serving on the board of directors of the company (i.e. March 8, 2022).
Mr. Wan Yong confirmed that he had no differences of opinion with the board of directors of the company, nor any matters related to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company.
