Due to the company’s suspected illegal information disclosure, the China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to file a case for investigation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the securities law of the people’s Republic of China.
On July 7, 2021, the company disclosed the announcement on receiving the notice of filing investigation (Announcement No.: 2021059) in the designated information disclosure media. On September 4, 2021, October 12, 2021, November 9, 2021 and December 7, 2021, the company disclosed the announcement on the progress of investigation and risk warning (Announcement No.: 2021078, 2021086, 2021093 and 2021104). On January 5, 2022, the company received the advance notice of administrative punishment (sjfz [2022] No. 1) from Jiangsu regulatory bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has not received the final conclusive decision on the above filing and investigation matters. At present, the company’s production and operation activities remain normal. The company will actively cooperate with the follow-up work of the CSRC and perform the obligation of information disclosure in strict accordance with the regulatory requirements.
During the filing and investigation period, the company will actively cooperate with the investigation work of the CSRC, and disclose a risk warning announcement once a month in accordance with the relevant provisions of the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (revised in 2022), explaining the progress of the filing and investigation and the risk warning that the company’s shares may be subject to major illegal compulsory delisting.
