Announcement on the resignation of directors of the company

Xi’An Tourism Co.Ltd(000610) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company”) the board of directors received the resignation report submitted by Ms. Liu Juan, director and deputy general manager of the company on March 8, 2022, and applied for resignation as a director of the company due to work reasons.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law, the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the articles of association, Ms. Liu Juan’s resignation report takes effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors (March 8, 2022). After he resigned as a director of the company, he continued to serve as the deputy general manager of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Liu Juan did not hold shares of the company.
