3、 Remuneration and allowances programme
(1) Independent director allowance scheme
The allowance standard of independent directors of the company is 100000 yuan / year (before tax).
(2) Remuneration scheme for non independent directors

Non independent directors in the company receive basic salary and performance salary according to their specific management positions in the company and the relevant salary and performance appraisal management system of the company, and do not receive director allowance separately. 2. Non independent directors who do not hold other positions in the company will not receive director’s remuneration (allowance).
