Announcement on the resignation of the deputy general manager of the company

The board of directors of Hunan lingpaidazhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation report of Mr. Wu Sheng, deputy general manager of the company. Mr. Wu Sheng applied for resignation from the position of deputy general manager of the company for personal reasons. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. It will take effect from the date when his written resignation report is sent to the board of directors of the company. Mr. Wu Sheng’s original term of office expires on the expiration date of the Fifth Board of directors of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wu Sheng did not hold shares of the company.
