(hereinafter referred to as “Han’s photoelectric”) to be listed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “this spin off”). After the spin off, the ownership structure of the company will not change, and it still has a controlling stake in Han’s optoelectronics.
