Shenzhen Weiguang Biological Products Co.Ltd(002880) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the reply of Guangming District State owned assets supervision and Administration Bureau on approving Shenzhen Weiguang Biological Products Co.Ltd(002880) non-public development of shares (sggz [2022] No. 23) issued by Guangming District State owned assets supervision and Administration Bureau of Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as “Guangming District State owned assets supervision and administration bureau”) on March 8, 2022, The company has approved the matters related to the company’s non-public offering of shares.
