In promoting power market-oriented trading, we should deepen medium and long-term power trading and constantly expand the scale of market trading. We will further promote the construction of the power spot market and promote the qualified spot pilot into long-term operation. Actively promote the diversion of auxiliary service costs to the user side, fully tap the flexible adjustment capacity of both sides of supply and demand through the market-oriented mechanism, and orderly promote the participation of new energy in market transactions. We believe that the further promotion of power market-oriented transactions will drive the rapid improvement of the demand for software and hardware infrastructure of power system based on power market-oriented reform.
