Looking forward to the iteration schedule of power battery technology, it can be found that the development of lithium battery is gradually divided into three paths:

1) High cost performance battery: lithium iron phosphate will be the main battery. Lithium iron phosphate will be adopted in 2020. It is expected that 2023 will be an important node, and lithium manganese iron phosphate (LMFP) will be gradually introduced.

2) High voltage fast charging battery: mainly based on single crystal 5 Series ternary battery. From the second half of 2021, nickel 55 single crystal ternary material with high-pressure new energy will be adopted, taking into account cost and fast charging new energy.

3) High performance battery: high nickel positive electrode + silicon carbon negative electrode. 2021 and 2025 are important nodes. Silicon carbon negative electrode will be introduced in the second half of 2021, and the energy density of cell will be increased to 350wh / kg. Solid state battery will be introduced in 2025, and the energy density will be greater than 400wh / kg.

To sum up, it can be seen that important changes will take place in the technical path in the next 1-2 years: single crystal high-voltage ternary, silicon carbon negative electrode and lithium manganese iron phosphate.
