According to the guiding opinions on the establishment of independent director system in listed companies, the guidelines for the standardized operation of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other normative documents and the relevant provisions of the articles of association, as an independent director of China National Complete Plant Import And Export Co.Ltd(000151) (hereinafter referred to as the company), we express the following independent opinions on Zhang Huixian’s resignation as general manager of the company:
We have carefully checked Mr. Zhang Hui’s resignation as general manager of the company. After verification, Mr. Zhang Hui resigned as general manager due to work adjustment, and the disclosed reasons for his resignation are consistent with the actual situation. Mr. Zhang Hui’s resignation as general manager is a normal work adjustment and will not affect the normal operation of the company’s production and operation.
