The board of directors of China National Complete Plant Import And Export Co.Ltd(000151) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report from Mr. Zhang Hui, the general manager, on December 27, 2021. Due to job adjustment and change, Mr. Zhang Hui applied to resign as the general manager, and he still served as a director of the company after resigning the above position. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhang Hui did not hold shares of the company.
According to the company law and the articles of association, the above resignation report shall take effect when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. The resignation of Mr. Zhang Hui will not affect the normal production and operation of the company.
