Beijing Electronic Zone High-Tech Group Co.Ltd(600658) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors received the resignation report submitted by Mr. LV Yanqiang, vice president and Secretary of the board of directors of the company, on March 7, 2022. Mr. LV Yanqiang applied to resign as vice president and Secretary of the board of directors of the company due to work arrangement. According to the company law of the people’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations and the articles of association, his resignation will take effect when the resignation report is delivered to the board of directors of the company, and his resignation will not affect the normal production and operation of the company.
According to the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange and the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation, before appointing a new secretary of the board of directors, Mr. Zhang Yuwei, the director and vice president of the company, will act as the Secretary of the board of directors.
