Tianma Microelectronics Co.Ltd(000050) (hereinafter referred to as the “issuer”) issued corporate bonds of no more than RMB 10 billion, which has been registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission in document zjxk [2021] No. 3523 Tianma Microelectronics Co.Ltd(000050) in 2022, the issuance scale of corporate bonds (phase II) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) to professional investors will not exceed 1.5 billion yuan (including 1.5 billion yuan).
According to the naming convention of corporate bonds, the name of ” Tianma Microelectronics Co.Ltd(000050) 2021 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors” originally applied for the bonds has been changed, and the full name of the bonds is ” Tianma Microelectronics Co.Ltd(000050) 2022 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors (phase II)”. The change of the name of the current bonds does not change the validity of the original signed legal documents related to the issuance of the current corporate bonds, and the original signed relevant legal documents continue to have legal effect on the renamed corporate bonds. The foregoing legal documents include but are not limited to the Tianma Microelectronics Co.Ltd(000050) 2021 trustee agreement for public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors and other documents.
