Announcement on resignation of independent directors

Huasu Holdings Co.Ltd(000509) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors received the written resignation report submitted by Ms. Jiang Ying, the independent director of the company, on March 7, 2022. Ms. Jiang Ying applied for resignation as an independent director, member of the remuneration and assessment committee, member of the audit committee and member of the strategy committee of the 11th board of directors of the company for personal reasons. After her resignation, she will no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries.
