Its continuous supervision period has expired, but the raised funds related to the major asset restructuring project have not been used up yet. Guoyuan Securities Company Limited(000728) still needs to continuously supervise the use of the raised funds of the company.
Guoyuan Securities Company Limited(000728) the original committee appointed Mr. Gao calligraphy, Mr. Jiang Yihong, Mr. Hu Wei and Mr. Niu Haizhou as the financial advisor sponsors of the major asset restructuring project.
