Now that the company has received the notice from UFIDA, the listing audit center of Shanghai Stock Exchange announced the announcement on the results of the 15th review meeting of the municipal Party committee in 2022 on the science and Innovation Board on March 7, 2022, and considered that UFIDA meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions and information disclosure requirements.
