1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Wuliangye Yibin Co.Ltd(000858) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated the proposal at the 36th meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors by circulation and communication. The deliberation was completed on December 27, 2021. There were 5 supervisors who should participate in the deliberation and voting, and 5 supervisors who actually participated in the deliberation and voting. The meeting was held in accordance with the provisions of the company’s justice and the articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
Proposal: proposal on the adjustment of supervisors of the 5th board of supervisors
(i) It is proposed that Mr. Zhang Xin be the supervisor candidate of the 5th board of supervisors, which needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation and approval.
（2） Due to job changes, Mr. Jiang Wenchun and Ms. Yang Ling no longer serve as supervisors of the 5th board of supervisors of the company.

Mr. Zhang Xin, 52 years old (born in September 1969), Han nationality, from Fuyang, Zhejiang Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a graduate degree.
From September 1987 to July 1991, majored in taxation in the Department of finance of Southwest University of Finance and economics. From August 1991 to October 1993, Staff member of Yibin District Finance Bureau (during this period, from September 1991 to September 1993, he was assigned to Changning County Finance Bureau for training). From October 1993 to October 2001, he was the deputy chief clerk of Yibin state owned assets supervision and Administration Bureau. From October 2001 to December 2020, he worked in Yibin Finance Bureau, successively serving as deputy chief clerk, chief clerk, deputy chief of enterprise section, full-time Deputy Secretary of organ Party committee and chief of asset management section (from September 2006 to July 2009, he studied as a postgraduate majoring in public management at the Party School of Sichuan provincial Party committee). Since December 2020, he has been a member of the Party committee and deputy general manager of Yibin development holding group (from December 2020 to now, he has served as branch secretary and chairman of Sichuan Sanjiang Huihai Finance Leasing Co., Ltd.; from June 2021 to now, he has served as branch secretary and chairman of Yibin Sanjiang Huihai Technology Co., Ltd.). He has been a candidate for supervisor of the board of supervisors of the company since December 2021.
