The company's investment projects with raised funds have been basically completed, and the surplus raised funds to supplement working capital is a prudent decision made according to the implementation of the investment projects with raised funds, which is conducive to improving the use efficiency of raised funds, reducing the company's financial expenses, conducive to the long-term development of the company, and does not damage the interests of the company and all shareholders.
