Baiyang Investment Group Inc(002696) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) signed the equity repurchase agreement on the Mars era with Xinyu Marssenger Kitchenware Co.Ltd(300894) investment management partnership (limited partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Xinyu Marssenger Kitchenware Co.Ltd(300894) “) and Wang Qi on October 14, 2019 According to the agreement, the total equity repurchase amount of Beijing Mars times Technology Co., Ltd. is RMB 470303000, which will be paid in four installments before December 31, 2021. Recently, the company has received the last equity repurchase payment paid by Xinyu Marssenger Kitchenware Co.Ltd(300894) and Wang Qi, totaling 141.0909 million yuan. As of the date of this announcement, the company has fully recovered the Mars era equity repurchase payment of 470303000 yuan paid by Xinyu Marssenger Kitchenware Co.Ltd(300894) and Wang Qi on schedule.
