The first meeting of the second board of supervisors of the company was held by on-site voting in the conference room on the 8th floor of the company, 1294 Chuangxin Road, Songbei District, Harbin on December 27, 2021. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Liu Bo. The meeting was held in accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association. 2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
All supervisors deliberated the proposal of the meeting of the board of supervisors and voted to form the following resolution:
(i) The proposal on electing the chairman of the second board of supervisors of the company was deliberated and adopted
The board of supervisors believes that the non employee representative supervisors of the second board of supervisors of the company have been elected at the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021, Ms. Liu Bo and Mr. Chen Guoxing have been elected as supervisors, and together with Mr. Li Weixing, the employee representative supervisor elected by the employee representative meeting of the company, form the second board of supervisors of the company. In accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the board of supervisors elected Ms. Liu Bo as the chairman of the second session of the board of supervisors, with a term of office from the date of deliberation and approval at the first meeting of the second session of the board of supervisors to the date of expiration of the second session of the board of supervisors.
Voting results: there are 3 valid votes, including 3 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
