Salary standard:

In order to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm and creativity of directors, supervisors and senior managers and promote the steady and rapid development of the company, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and the articles of association, combined with the income level of the industry and region, and confirmed by the remuneration and assessment committee of the board of directors, the fourth directors The specific contents of the remuneration scheme for supervisors and senior managers are as follows:

(I) directors’ remuneration scheme

1. Remuneration of independent directors

According to the professional quality, competence and performance of independent directors, combined with the region, industry and business scale of the company, the allowance standard for independent directors is 150000 yuan per year (before tax), and the allowance is paid monthly. 2. Remuneration of non independent directors

2.1 remuneration of non independent directors in the company

Non independent directors serving in the company will receive remuneration according to their positions, with reference to the salary level of similar positions in the same industry, and according to the achievement of the company’s annual performance appraisal system and performance indicators, and will not receive director’s allowance separately.

2.2 remuneration of non independent directors not serving in the company

For the non independent directors who did not serve in the company, after comprehensive consideration of their performance of duties and full communication and consultation with them, the company determined that the salary of Mr. Yang Bo, the external director of the company, was 50000 yuan / year (before tax) and that of Ms. Ren Yufen, the external director, was 150000 yuan / year (before tax).
