Deppon Logistics Co.Ltd(603056) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “the company”) because the controlling shareholder Ningbo Meishan free trade port Debang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. is planning major matters related to the change of equity structure. In view of the significant uncertainty of the above matters, in order to ensure fair information disclosure, safeguard the interests of investors and avoid abnormal fluctuation of the company’s share price, In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange (revised in January 2022), the self regulatory guidelines for listed companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange No. 4 – suspension and resumption of trading, upon the application of the company, the trading of the company’s shares will be suspended for two trading days from February 28, 2022. During the suspension period, the trading parties had further communication and negotiation on matters related to the change of the controlling shareholder’s equity structure, and had not signed the relevant transaction agreement. Therefore, the company applied again to continue the suspension from March 2, 2022, and the suspension time is expected to be no more than 3 trading days.
