Ms. Miao Jiayi, the former sponsor representative, was unable to continue to engage in the continuous supervision of the company due to her personal job transfer in Haitong Securities Company Limited(600837) . In order to ensure the orderly progress of continuous supervision, Haitong Securities Company Limited(600837) now appoints Mr. Huang Kefeng to replace Ms. Miao Jiayi to continue to perform continuous supervision.
