Announcement on resignation of supervisors

Zhejiang Feida Enviromental Science & Technology Co.Ltd(600526) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of supervisors received Mr. Huang Bo’s written resignation report of resigning from the company’s supervisor due to job change on March 3, 2022. In order to prevent the number of members of the board of supervisors from being lower than the minimum quorum, according to the company law and other relevant provisions, Mr. Huang Bo will perform the duties of supervisor according to law until the newly elected supervisor takes office at the general meeting of shareholders. After the resignation takes effect, Mr. Huang Bo will not work in the company (including holding subsidiaries).
The board of supervisors of the company held a meeting on March 4, 2022 and considered and adopted the proposal to add supervisors.
