New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received today the notice from New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ” New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) group”): on February 21, 2022, New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) group submitted the application of New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) group’s acquisition of the equity of 11 companies including Quanzhou New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) shopping mall Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “this transaction”) to the State Administration of market supervision. After communicating with the State Administration of market supervision, the concentration of business operators in Article 20 of the anti monopoly law of the people’s Republic of China is not applicable because the control right has not changed before and after the transaction in this case. New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) group submitted the withdrawal application to the State Administration of market supervision on February 25, 2022. On March 4, 2022, New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) group received the notice of consent to withdraw the declaration in the antitrust examination of business concentration from the State Administration of market supervision (anti execution second review [2022] No. 260), and agreed to withdraw the application for the declaration of business concentration in the case that New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) Group acquired the equity of 11 companies including Quanzhou New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) shopping mall Co., Ltd.
