Announcement on replacing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision

Shenzhen Weiguang Biological Products Co.Ltd(002880) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the letter on replacing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision from Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ping An Securities”). Ms. Li Yin is no longer the supervisor of Ping An Securities due to the continuous change of the original supervisor of Ping An Securities. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the company’s continuous supervision work, Ping An Securities authorizes Mr. Wang Yao (see the appendix for resume) to take over Ms. Li Yin as the company’s continuous supervision and recommendation representative. The continuous supervision responsibility is up to the end of the use of the funds raised by the company’s initial public offering. After this change, the company’s continuous supervision and recommendation representatives are Mr. Zhang Lei and Mr. Wang Yao.
