1、 Meetings of the board of directors
Hunan Valin Wire&Cable Co.Ltd(001208) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the 17th meeting of the 4th board of directors was held on March 4, 2022 in the form of on-site combined communication. The notice of the meeting was sent to all directors by e-mail on February 28, 2022.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Wang Shuchun, chairman of the company. 9 directors should attend the meeting and 9 actually attended the meeting. The Secretary of the board of directors, supervisors and other senior managers attended the board meeting as nonvoting delegates.
